This beautiful wall clock is made from the top of a Scottish whisky barrel. Oak barrels are charred to add flavour to the whisky, hence the black colour. 
 
We've sanded the oak, joined it together then oiled it with linseed to give a natural sheen. We then added a quartz clock movement with silver hands.
